My Message
I help clients invest in and acquire apartment buildings. This can be any domestic US location, however I am based out of Miami, FL. Clients come to me because they want to own their assets majority. Based off the individual or groups investment budget & requirements, I find the right asset, location, and maintain the acquisition process for them. I get paid from a minority percentage of asset successfully acquired (Depending on size of property). Clients also make more money because there are minimal people involved in deal. The more people in a deal the less each makes. I am here to help my clients avoid that.
